We are located near the centre of Aviemore and only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops and transport. The great outdoors is on our doorstep and awaits you!
If you book here, through our own website, you will find the cheapest prices and will be supporting a local business. If you choose to book through any of the online agencies, please be aware that they charge us up to 20% commission fees and so the price you pay is greater as a result.
Although Covid is now past, we are continuing to operate breakfast time slots and a pre-selected menu. We have found that this greatly reduces food wastage and allows for a smooth and efficient service.
Breakfast is table service only at allotted time slots. We are asking guests to pre-order their breakfast, so that we can serve you safely and efficiently.

The Park Guest House in Aviemore is the perfect location for your visit to the Cairngorms National Park. We are a few minutes walk from the centre of Aviemore and offer you a warm and comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast to set you up for the day.

Whether staying in our standard or economy rooms, you will find high quality mattresses and luxurious linen for your comfort. Every room is equipped with en suite facilities, free WiFi, TV, USB charging point, hair dryer as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Everybody’s favourite - we believe in giving you the best start to the day with something to suit all tastes. Try our homemade American style pancakes with thick cut bacon, maple syrup and banana.

Facilities
We have secure bike storage and a place for you to hose down your bike after a day on the trails. Space is limited so please contact us in advance.
We also have a large car park, and are happy to make special arrangements if you need to leave your car or luggage for a short time - while you walk the Lairig Ghru, for example.
